Towns in Motion is a family-friendly web application that lets users explore historical sites, engage with interactive content, submit sponsorship requests, and purchase sponsorships.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or 13 years of age with parental/guardian consent, to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Information We Collect

Basic Information: We collect your name and email address when you interact with the Service.

Sponsorship Information: If you request or purchase sponsorships, we collect requestor name, requestor email, company name, website URL, and domain.

Gamification and Engagement Data: We may collect and store information related to user engagement features such as points, badges, progress tracking, quiz results, favorites, and leaderboard rankings. This data is used to provide interactive experiences, measure engagement, and improve the Service. Gamification data does not have monetary value and may be modified or reset at any time. We do not sell this data and may use aggregated or anonymized forms for analytics.

Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

You agree not to misuse the Service, submit unlawful content, or interfere with its operation.

All content on the Service is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.
